There are more questions than answers as to what might happen to the Navigable Waters Protection Law approved by the Trump Administration. That replaced the 2015 Obama era Waters of the U.S. Rule. National Cattlemenís Beef Associationís Chief Environmental Counsel Scott Yager says the writer of the Obama WOTUS rule is on President elect Bidenís transition team., but it isnít clear if that might come back and replace the Navigable Waters Protection regulation.


He expects the Biden administration and his EPA Administrator Nominee Michael Regan to take a different approach to waters protection than did the Trump administration.
