Cattle Group Holds Virtual Fly In, Talks Trade, Cattle Markets And CFAP Aid

Last week, the United States Cattlemenís Association held a virtual Fly In in the nationís capital where 50 of their members spoke with members of Congress about issues hitting their industry. USCA President Brooke Miller says their top issue is the broken cattle market and the need to address the concentration problem in the meat packing industry thatís led to uncompetitive markets.

 

He says another problem their members spoke to Congress about was the need to get more coronavirus food assistance relief to the producers who have suffered the most losses due to the pandemic.
