Ranches for sale north of Dallas have more than 3,300 acres
Little Wichita and Durham ranches are in Clay County.

Two North Texas ranches with more than 3,000 acres are up for grabs north of Dallas.
The properties adjoin each other in Clay County near the town of Henrietta, about 100 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth.
The Little Wichita Ranch is more than 2,800 acres and is on the east fork of the Little Wichita River. Part of the historic Birdwell & Clark cattle ranch, the spread is off U.S. Highway 82.
The property is still run as a cattle operation and hunting preserve.
“One would be hard-pressed to find a more productive cattle ranch coupled with a diverse variety of highly sought out game such as trophy white-tailed deer, quail, turkey, dove, waterfowl and hogs,” agents with Icon Global Group, which is marketing the property, said in a pitch for the ranch.
There’s a 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom home that was built in 2008.
The Little Wichita Ranch is being offered at $6.75 million.
The adjoining Durham Ranch is also on the market. The property has more than 500 acres, including a 6-acre lake plus smaller ponds.
