Woman, man also accused in cattle thefts

A man and woman are each free on $25,000 bond after they were charged with cattle theft and conspiracy in Caddo County.


Adam Ray Allen, 39, and Kendra Michele Russell, 39, both of Minco made initial appearances Tuesday in Caddo County District Court where they each received two felony counts of larceny of domestic animals as well as another felony count of conspiracy, court records indicate.


The two were charged in a case that saw Allenís father, Paul Dewayne Allen, 64, also of Minco, accused of the same allegations last week into the thefts of two heads of cattle from one Cogar rancher and a pair of calves from another.


Their arrests and charges follow an investigation by a special agent from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
