There was a 41% increase in beef exports to South Korea, from Australia in October, from the exports in September.

13,213 tons of grain fed beef were exported for the month.

This was made up of 1,964 tons of chilled beef, 11,249 tons of frozen beef.

These figures are pleasing, considering that the USA is now back in the Korean Market.

Meanwhile the Russia trade in export beef, has come to a standstill.

It is rumored that some Australian beef, is in fact en-route back to Europe, as payment was not secured in Russia.
