Trial Begins For Teen Accused Of Robbing Tyson Foods Chairman

FBI Caught Suspect In Kansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- The trial is under way for a Fayetteville man accused of stealing from a well-known businessman.

 

Ryan Silvey, 19, is accused of interstate transport of stolen property.

 

The case stems from an alleged theft of about $140,000 from the home of Tyson Foods chairman John Tyson.

 

Silvey was arrested in Kansas by the FBI in February.

 

Police said Silvey stole from Tyson's home in late December.
