Poultry Co. Unlawfully Requested Work Docs, OCAHO Says

New York -- The Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer has ruled that a Georgia-based poultry processing plant violated federal immigration law by requiring lawful permanent residents and immigrants with work authorization to present unnecessary documents.
